The bill was introduced by Stavros Papadouris, the President of the Ecologists’ Movement – Citizens’ Cooperation. He stressed that transparency in checks is essential for their trustworthiness and effectiveness. He believes discussions on enhancing the photo enforcement framework should be serious, well-documented, and respectful of citizens.
