The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), in collaboration with the Cyprus Association of Research and Innovation Enterprises (CARIE), announced the official autonomy and creation of the Cyprus Defence and Space Industry Cluster (CyDSIC).
The new autonomous and specialized association aims to meet the needs of the rapidly growing ecosystem of Cypriot businesses in the fields of Defence, Security, and Space, enhancing their institutional role both nationally and at the European level.
The Cluster has been operating since 2019 under the auspices of CARIE, significantly contributing to the development of the Cypriot Defence and Space Industry, promoting collaborations between businesses, academic institutions, and government authorities, as well as enhancing Cypriot participation in European and international research and technology programs.
