The 22nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Green Dot (Cyprus) Public Co Ltd took place yesterday, December 9, 2025, at the CCCI offices in Nicosia.
At the meeting, Shareholders approved the Audited Financial Statements for 2024. They also elected new Members of the Board of Directors (BoD), decided on their pay, and reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited as auditors.
The new Board of Directors includes:
- Vasilis Petridis (Chairman)
- Othonas Theodoulou (Vice Chairman)
- Hilikos Charalambous
- Michalis Panagidis
- Mikellis Christou
- Michalis Vasiliou
- Marios Constantinou
- Christos Fotiadis
- Andreas Theocharides
Shareholders were also informed about a new sorting facility. It will be built on a 20,000 sq.m. plot in Tseri’s heavy industry zone. The Building Permit was issued on November 11, 2025. Construction is set to start in early 2026 and finish by 2027.
After the Annual General Meeting, the new BoD met and formed. Mr. Vasilis Petridis was re-elected as Chairman without opposition.
